OVER. HALF. WAY.
THE RUNDOWN VOL 4: 3/13/26
OVER. HALF. WAY.
WE’VE CROSSED THE HALFWAY MARK
Now that the goal of finishing this thing FIRST is off the table, let’s focus on the goal of ALL TEAMS FINISHING! Relentless is a marathon, not a sprint (ahem, *cough, Gain Train, *cough), and you have PLENTY of time to log that 2800.
YOU CAN STILL BOWL, Y’ALL!
Duuuuudes, the images have been flooding in, and we love to see them! If your team hasn’t claimed that Bowling log yet, get on it. You have through this weekend. After that, logging bowling will be like trying to pick up a 7-10 split: impossible.
WHERE ARE WE?
“Hey, what are those 8 to 10 normal humans doing jogging, biking, lifting, swimming, and bowling through Oklahoma City!?”
SOMETIMES WE CARRY EACH OTHER
Here’s something true: The Relentless 2800 is looonnnnngg—long enough for real life to seep in. And by real life, we mean work commitments that consume your day, family obligations, sickness, injury, and sheer exhaustion. At some point, every team will face it. Chances are, someone on your team needs support right now.
When that happens, we all have two choices: judge and criticize, or carry one another. The latter? That’s the product of love, dedication, and the heart of this challenge.
A friend and Relentless athlete had his body throw him a wrench this week and ended up spending all weekend in the hospital. (Don’t worry, he still logged a 0.1 walking the halls!)
But, this is not his week to make big contributions. And that’s okay. Because this isn’t just about logging miles—it’s about crossing the finish line, together.
Relentless 2800 isn’t simply about doing your fair share. Sometimes, it’s about leaning into the gift and grace of carrying one another—all the way to mile 2,800.
As the saying goes, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you fulfill the law of love.” (Galatians 6:2)
That’s what this journey is really about.
INTRODUCING “TAKE A CLASS” WEEK!
Exciting news, Orange Theory Body Alive Barre Three Zumba Jazzercisers! Starting Monday, you can take a class and earn 10 RMs. It’s a one-time use, but we hope it inspires you to try something new. If you do, shoot us a NOTE (and photo) HERE (for the love).
ZEEKEND TAKE TWO!
Who chose Level 3 and lived? Anyone? I didn’t think so. (Good grief Zeek, level 2 almost killed me.) Zeek has a brand new 30-minute torture, er, workout ready for us! 30 minutes and 7 RMs. Yes please. (See Instagram on Friday for the details!)
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
Those bonus challenges have been fun. Here’s Miller having to do a plank in the parking lot!
(They randomly pop up after you log an effort, keep an eye out!)
POST CHALLENGE CINCY-BASED GET TOGETHER
We’re looking at dates for a post-challenge get together in CIncy. We’ll send out the details next week in the Rundown. Sweet. (And, we encourage teams EVERYWHERE to plan one for themselves.)
SWAG/SOCIAL
JonBob has been killing it on the Insta feed over at “Relentless2800.” Like a post to help him feel better. Thank you.
Don’t be a bot. Get your boo that big fit.
SHOUT-OUTS
The Cakery: It warms the cockles of our hearts to see teams log efforts TOGETHER. This crew took over the YMCA spin room and got after it! (They also joined the Green Bar Club, congrats, men.) From team leader Matt: “In the name of community, we did an early morning rise (pardon the pun) and ride. Team Cakery going full send this weekend!”
The Burn Unit: Also making it ALL GREEN in the app, The Burn Unit has pushed HARD. You inspire us. You push us. You make us a little annoyed by how much time you have to work out. But, we love ya. Save us an In-N-Out Burger over there in LA.
GRINDERS: I see you teams:
Manny Bandits
Party Bus
Blue Strips
Peer Pressure Works
You guys are hugging that Pace Setter and GETTING IT DONE. I love the fight, and we over at HQ see the effort. Keep at it, YOU GOT THIS.
Alright all, don’t be shy, shoot us a note, a photo, and a story. Onward.

PS: GREEN BAR CLUBBERS: Just because you turn everything green doesn’t mean the party is over. Keep logging and see how far you can go. (Can you get back to NYC?) Another challenge is to make Relentless personal. Set a personal RM goal and see if you can hit that! There is more fun to come.
