Try Prayer

R2800: Fear and anxiety come at a high cost, but on the other side lies courage, freedom, and joy. You’ve pushed through obstacles, and life may still be pulling your focus. As we grow in belief, today’s verse offers plenty to reflect on—read it slowly and see what stands out.

Verse: “ Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

What if I believed this more deeply?

Action: Anxiety is just fear of the future. Whatever that thing is that has you a little (or a lot) nervous, spend some time with God and talk to him about it.
