Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, understand that participating in The Relentless 2800 Team Challenge involving biking, running, walking, rowing, swimming, and working out (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of serious injury, permanent disability, and death. I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, those of others participating in the Event, or the condition of the facilities and equipment used.

In consideration of my participation in the Event, I hereby agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to, physical exertion, exposure to weather conditions, collisions with other participants, and other potential hazards.

2. Release of Liability: I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Relentless 2800 and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents (hereinafter referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or damage, including death, that may occur while participating in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the Event, whether caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others.

4. Medical Clearance: I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in the Event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any physical activity.

5. Photography Release: I grant permission to The Relentless 2800 to use photographs, videos, and other media of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
